The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The attention to detail is evident, as the rooms are in pristine condition and spotlessly clean. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, making you feel right at home. The location on the outskirts of the city provides a peaceful and private atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Plus, the basic amenities are well-equipped, and some rooms even have a bath for a luxurious soak.
No complaints, everything was just right.

The motel offers a convinient location, close to amenities and easily accessible via car or public transport. The room was clean and adequately equipped with basic appliances and toiletries. Housekeeping service was prompt and thorough.
The bed was uncomfortable and creaked with every move, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. The internet connection was unreliable and slow, a frustrating experience for those needing to stay connected while on holiday.

We appreciated the warm and considerate host who offered us a little bottle of milk and allowed us to store our luggage before check, in time. the location was great, with a nearby superette to buy basic necessities and easy access by car. the room was well, equipped, with good bedding for cold nights, a plunger coffee machine, plenty of blankets, and a lovely bright bathroom. the daily housekeeping was fantastic, and we were able to use the washing machine and dryer for free.
There was no air, con, only a fan, and the room got stuffy in summer. It would be great if the management could slowly upgrade the units.

The staff are extremely friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel welcome throughout your stay.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. I particularly liked the location on the outskirts of Hawera, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The basic amenities in the room were well-maintained, and I appreciated having a room with a bath for a relaxing soak.
All was fine and nothing major to complain about.

This hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spotless and had good lighting above the bed, a comfortable couch, and a well-appointed kitchen with tea and coffee facilities. The location was great, just a short drive away from the town centre and close to a good restaurant. Additionally, the hotel had good ventilation and a fantastic wall heater.
Don't have any issues at all.

The motel's location was both convenient and peaceful, nestled beside a small park and close to Hawera town centre. Despite being on a main road, it was set back enough that noise wasn't an issue. the rooms were clean and comfortable and offered good facilities, such as quality towels and mini milk bottles. Service was friendly and welcoming, with guests even receiving free upgrades.
The lighting in the lounge was quite dim, and with the dark carpet, it wasn't the cosiest of spaces.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a nice layout and super comfy beds. The kitchenette was equipped with everything we needed, and the bathroom was spacious and modern. Despite being located on the main road, our room was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to get a peaceful night's sleep. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were pleased to discover that this place is pet-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location, on the outskirts of the city, provided a peaceful atmosphere, while still being conveniently close to the main attractions.

We had a pleasant stay at a clean and modern motel in a convenient location. The reception was friendly and helpful, and our room was warm and well-appointed. The electric blankets and wool blankets provided extra comfort. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities, including a teapot and coffee press. The motel's proximity to town and a good restaurant was a plus. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the lack of net curtains for privacy and weak Wi-Fi connectivity, we still found our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this motel for a short stay.
